High Speed Rotary Joint RHB-  CTS(Coolant Through Spindle)

Such kind of rotary joints, RHB and RHF are similar to RMB and RMF. The difference is that the grooves on surface of main body can help heat dispersion under high-speed rotation. When coolant goes through ON/OFF devices, contact surfaces automatically closes to prevent leakage. Contact surfaces auto- matically detaches from each other upon exhaustion of coolant to avoid dry grinding. Adaptation to this approach guarantees contacts urface will not be damaged caused by dry operation in a long time period. Apecial design is the maze-design subassembly to prevent leakage. The two contact surfaces are made out of anti-wear-out and Tungsten Carbide for suppression of mechanical jolt. Use stainless spring, preventing rusting, or other mechanical disturbance. Direction of connection for RHB and RHF coolant is different.
